Privacy Policy

BrandVoiz helps shops create visuals and publish them to their social pages. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Your account details (name, email), your shop and brand kit, the product photos you upload and the visuals we generate, the posts you plan, and — when you connect a page — the access tokens and data the platform shares with us (page name, posts, comments, messages and basic statistics).

How we use it

Only to run BrandVoiz for you: generating visuals, publishing what you approve, showing your comments and messages, and reporting results. We never sell your data. Product photos may be sent to our AI provider (Google Cloud Vertex AI) to create your visuals.

Your choices

You can disconnect any page, export your data, or delete your account from Settings at any time. See our data deletion instructions.
